Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below for both domestic and international orders.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging, with all seals, tags, and safety seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Some items, such as discounted or final sale products, are not eligible for return or refund. Please check product listings for specific return exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@lemmegummies.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping

For domestic returns, we offer prepaid return shipping labels. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is rejected due to not meeting our eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please mention this when contacting Customer Support. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions as above

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

International Orders

International customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, but are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Some products may be non-returnable for international orders due to regulatory or health restrictions; these will be noted on the product page

Additional Information

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if you use our label and your return is not due to our error.
